Stanley Ferrell, Office Administrator Education: BA (Economics), Lemars College, Iowa. Certification in Substance Abuse by the New York State Division of Alcoholism and Alcohol Abuse. Experience and Responsibilites: Over 20 years experience counseling youth for higher education. Responsible for day-to-day operations; and management of counselors and program development. Manages the Step Forward and high school outreach project. Maintains college student caseload. |

Larry Albert , Lead Counselor Education: BA (Political Science), Florida A&M University, Florida. Experience and Responsibilites: Lead Counselor for the Step Forward program and the Youth Penitentiary program. Maintains college student caseload. |

Margie Bristow, Office Manager & Book keeper Experience and Responsibilities: Over 20 years relationship with donors, service partners and providers, contract management, accounts payable and receivable. The devoted staff proudly carries on the legacy of College Careers established in 1967 by Founder Dorothy Allensworth and continued by the late Blanche Walker who served as Executive Director and was an advocate for the youth of Westchester for over 30 years, before her untimely passing on May 25, 2011. |
